My husband and I bought a house on Cape Cod.
It was being used as a B&B and had a number of bedrooms and
bathrooms. We were going to use it as a vacation home for us and family
and wanted to convert it to something more appropriate. We hired Damien
to renovate it which meant gutting the interior and fixing some exterior
issues. We wanted this done in about 6-7 months. Damien worked with us
to thoroughly understand our needs and developed a plan with us to
address those needs. He gathered appropriate sub-contractors and got the
team to commit to the work scope and schedule. He worked with the town
to make sure all the appropriate paperwork was filed and approved. The
house kept the same footprint but went from 10 bedrooms and 9 baths to 6
bedrooms and 3.5 baths. All rooms were heated. Damien made a number of
suggestions to add value to the house and many we acted upon. The
house renovation was largely complete in time for us and our family to
spend a vacation there as planned. Damien’s crew helped us move in.
Damien suggested local contractors to perform work outside of his
specialty such as landscapers. We used them then and many we still use. During
the course of this project Damien kept us up to date with status,
problems, action plans for the problems. We felt that the project was in
excellent hands. The house is still in good shape nearly 20 years after
the project completed due to his outstanding effort and management.
Since that time we have had Damien work on a number of other projects
for us: garage for that property, room divider/bookshelf for another
property, new deck for the Cape Cod property. We would still be using
Damien if he were still in the area and that is the best testimonial for
a contractor’s outstanding work and value add.

Great value for the money. The two car
attached garage that was added to the end of the house was done without
formal plans. Damien used my rough ideas to create the construction
plans that were submitted to the town for approval. The completed

contractor we have ever used. I am currently on my 3rd home and have
done extensive renovations to all houses. I have had experience with
many different contractors. I am currently located on Cape Cod and it is
very difficult finding a great contractor at a reasonable price. Of the

experienced we could find. He built a large addition to our home that
also included a garage and renovated 2 bathrooms completely. He provided
plans, cost and worked with local officials to complete a magnificent
